Intense storms over the last seven days have worsened the precarious situation of the hundreds of thousands of uprooted Palestinians in the region, as stated by aid agencies.

"Horrendous" Night Brings Severe Risks

A spokesman characterized the previous night's conditions as "horrendous", with precipitation so severe that as much as 15cm (6in) of water was seen on the terrain.
