Further Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members
Site layouts for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also included in this new image release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing different parts of the land.
In addition to this are what look to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.
